Learn to Pick and Choose With Knowledge: Learn It, Believe Me, I Live It, My Friends Live It
No, I’m not a doctor, and yes I can read what the doctors put out there. My motivation is to help you feel better through middle age and beyond. Everything doctors say is general, let’s get more specific. Especially if you are a “special” case, and fine tuning is what you need, because nothing else works.
Before you have a disease that they can “cure”, STOP here first, and learn what, and how to get the nutrients your cells need. Gaining command over your own body can keep you from having to search for “that miracle”. That cancer miracle, or that diabetes miracle or that pain miracle. I aim to give you the power to cure yourself, and find out how to keep your energy, your joy of life and your health from mouth to exit.
As one of the healers (the one who searches the globe for new natural substances and plants to heal) on Dr. Oz stated, once you figure out what works for you, you can keep your routine, and basically keep a schedule, so your body will adjust, and move to the rhythm of a proper eating plan.
Learn what you need to eat every day, to receive the most level dose of nutrients so your cells can function efficiently all the time, not just sometimes. No you will not have to take your supplements every day… you take them as you need them. Especially transitioning through menopause, those times will hit you when nothing seems to satisfy… and this is when I take all the supplements that all the “Doctors” are recommending.
Learn to listen and be aware of what you may be needing any time of the day. I can’t stress enough how being aware of needing raw foods like a salad (even in winter) and cooked foods can help your system run more efficiently. We need the nutrients in raw foods, the enzymes, to help us digest our food so we can move nutrients through our body.
Learn where your Iron is found if you can’t tolerate beef. Learn where your vitamin B12 is found if you can’t eat meat. Learn that you need vitamins calcium and magnesium, and where to find it in your vegetables. Learn where your phyto nutrients are found, and in what foods you can eat to benefit your colon and sugar levels the most.
Learn how to incorporate fiber into your diet, and how this can improve the quality of your stools.
I can connect you to other doctors, and I hope to help you be very careful about what you choose, because too much is just as bad as not enough. The right amount of any supplement can enhance your feeling of well-being. Extra ingredients may not always be in your best interest. Learn how to read labels of what you are taking. Something that will enhance your health instead of detract from it is the best way to feel good as you age.
